SPONSORSHIP AND MONTHLY FINANCIAL PARTNERS

Like most ministry and missions programs, we are in need of monthly financial partners. We are excited about our new new financial incentive/sponsorship program to assist with funding of the ministry and our community outreach programs. 

2 seasons - 2 regional championships.  Have your name or your business name on a front running car raced all over the Southeast for a nominal fee.  Additionally the car will be on public display at many corporate events, church events, and various other community events where it will be seen by thousands of people throughout the year.

Although your company name (or personal name) may end up on the race car - none of your contributions will be used to support racing efforts. 100% of your donations are applied directly to ministry expenses or community outreach expenses. 

CORPORATE SPONSOR   (One time donation of $3,500 or $300/month for 12 months)

Corporate Sponsors will receive the following:

• Company name AND LOGO placed on the race car (or name/charity of your choice)
• Company name, contact information, etc... listed on this website
• Company name, contact information, etc... published in all newsletters and communications
• Free 1 year subscription to Christian Motorsports Illustrated magazine
• Free 1 year membership to the National Fellowship of Raceway Ministries (NFRM)
• SERRMON goodie bag (hat, t-shirt, pen, decals, etc...) 
• Added to our prayer list and prayed over regularly

TEAM OWNER   (One time donation of $2,000 or annual commitment of $150/month)

Team Owners will receive the following:

• Team Owner name placed on the race car (or name/charity of your choice)
• Team Owner name, contact information, etc... listed on this website
• Team Owner name, contact information, etc... published in all newsletters and communications 
• Free 1 year subscription to Christian Motorsports Illustrated magazine
• Free 1 year membership to the National Fellowship of Raceway Ministries (NFRM)

CREW CHIEF   (One time donation of $1,000 or annual commitment of $75/month)

Crew Chiefs will receive the following: 

• Crew Chief name placed on the race car (or name/charity of your choice)

• Free 1 year subscription to Christian Motorsports Illustrated magazine
• Free 1 year membership to the National Fellowship of Raceway Ministries (NFRM)

CREW MEMBER   (One time donation of $500 or annual commitment of $20/month)

OUR ANNUAL BUDGET IS $25,000 PER YEAR - WE NEED YOU !!!

The expenses associated with a typical ministry weekend add up to about $800.  This includes transportation, lodging, copy expenses for signs and bulletins, and a host of other items.  We travel nearly 30+ weekends a year, leaving us with annual operating costs exceeding $24,000.  To make a tax deductible donation, please click on the "Contact" button on the bottom left of your screen.   Whether you can give one dollar or one million dollars, all donations are equally and sincerely appreciated.
